Multiple Spinal Subdural Hematoma after Epidural Neuroplasty: A Case of Spontaneous Resolution
Kim Do-Won

Sim Sung-Eun
Abstract
A 62-year-old woman developed a spinal subdural hematoma (SSDH) after a percutaneous epidural neuroplasty. Her only symptoms involved sensory change, not motor weakness, and she was managed conservatively. After 1 month, the SSDH had resolved on the follow-up MRI. Conservative treatment may be considered for early SSDH without a significant neurological deficit.
